Notes:
A - This is a full-time P25 repeater linked to the other full-time P25 repeaters in multicast. When you transmit into one of the repeaters in the multicast tier, your P25 signal will be re-transmitted intact through all of the repeaters in the multicast tier. You may use paging and selective call features seamlessly across the entire multicast tier.
All users are asked to please keep in mind that this is a wide-area system. If you are new to the system, please spend some time listening to those who regularly use it - and emulate the operating habits of the operators you come to respect. No one should be using Q-codes on voice or GMRS/CB-speak (public safety brevity codes/10-codes, are ok) and long-winded conversations that are not of general interest and don't need to be on a wide-area linked system shouldn't be.
B - Because the N6LXX repeater system is not linked to any external P25 networks, you may use whatever RID you wish. HAVING SAID THAT... users are strongly encouraged to register their callsigns with RadioID.net and use their assigned RID. This will make it easier for us to keep track of who is using the system, it will make it easier for folks to find you, and it will make it easier to program your radio if you plan on using repeaters that are linked into P25nx and similar.
